Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates charged by your mobile carrier will apply to messages you send and receive as part of this program. Williams Relief Advisors does not charge any fees for participation in this messaging program, but your carrier's standard rates apply. Contact your mobile carrier if you have questions about your plan.

Participating wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability and capacity. Williams Relief Advisors is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier or network conditions.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and other major U.S. carriers. Not all carriers may be supported.
